Andy is spot on except for one thing. The fluid is lymphatic fluid NOT amniotic fluid! Not unless you are about to have a baby from your penis! LOL

My sensitivity was not associated with the glans at all. It was the inner foreskin lying along the shaft which was a bother for two weeks. It was very swollen and I believe that had a lot to do with it. Once that settled a bit, things were a lot more comfortable.
