You are a very brave man to have a wank with stitches in you cock after only being circumcised for a week. I think you need to be careful with that - you can damage the wound and significantly set back the healing.
I waited till day 18 after the procedure to test drive the new equipment and I have to say it was somewhat lack-lustre as an experience. Everything I had read led me to believe I would have a fantastic orgasm. For that I had to wait.
In the following weeks I began experimenting and found that I had the 'geyser' experiences you describe as I learned new techniques for getting mysely off. It was fantastic. Once your stitches are out, you can begin to be a bit more abandoned about it and if you haven't already done so, get some good lube for you and the wife to play with.
