>surgery.If you feel confident, yes. It isn't rocket science. Make sure you have very fine tweezers to grab the stich, as well as fine scissors to open the stitch.
Alsoconsider if the stich material is flexible enough to be pulled through the tunnel or not, if not, consider warm water or some oil tomake the sitch more flexible.
