Congrats, yes, nature is a miracle. That is what skin does when exposed to repeatedd stresses. The vibrator is, of course, just the size and shape of what you want it to fit over, so it makes sense. I'd say keep at it, so you can have comfortable mobility with or without an erection or an artificial helper. Soreness is okay, but not sharp pain.
