hey, i'm 16 and until a few years ago my foreskin was really tight over my head, wouldn't move much at all. during the last few years it's become much more loose. however, a few weeks ago it went all the way back, behind my head. now it's stuck there. when i masturbate it can roll over the head, but only just. doesn't move up and down like it should. my main concern is that even when not erect the foreskin is behind the head. is this normal? is there anything i should or can do?
