Hi MNielsen.
The frenulum area seems to heal like no other part of the body. I also experienced some strange hard, rough skin going on after my circumcision which also removed my frenulum. For a long time (about 9 months) I was extremely concerned but it all seems to come right in the end. A month is no time to form a judgement. Give it time and I'm sure it will right itself.
