Hey Ted,
I had my Circ in early April, and I still have the scarring exactly as you have described yours. I still use Vitamin Oil which I am told will help, and apart from that, as Damian has said, its just a waiting game. People heal at differant rates - I remember when I had my Frenuloplasty, it was much the same and then just suddenly one day, it all went - I suspect my scarring, as yours will do the same in time......
