I am happy that your persistance ended up making a difference. So many guys ask for something and get something different in terms of circ style. (remains to be seen if you really did get a partial).

What I find funny is that they gave you a general anesthetic for such a simple operation. Where are you located ? (which country). Normally, you'd think only USA hospitals would do this since they rake in more money from insurance companies, but elsewhere, there is really no incentive to do general anesthetics.
