You're fine. Your frenulum is long enough. It will very gradually loosen up in time, with regular retraction for peeing, and sexual uses. Moreover, your foreskin will get looser with use, too. However, you have absolutely no problem with sexual use even now. Chill and enjoy (responsibly, okay?)
