Swelling can come and go for quite some time afer a circumcision. 6 months is actually still early days so I'd say give it a while. This will settle and there really isn't anything you can do. It seems to be a particular consequence of a high cut. This is probably due to the inner skin being somewhat thinner and more prone to show swelling. Are you using lube? That will certainly cut down on the friction and might help, but really this is nothing to worry about. Just have fun!
