Irritation or what?

today I noticed several red spots on my glans, along with some white little 'blisters' sort of. these extend to the skin that comes over the glans (im not circumcized). it's somewhat itchy and I know for sure there wasn't anything there yesterday, so it spread pretty fast.
what can it be? normal irritation caused by poor lubrification or something else? herpes?

has someone here had anything like this?
any advice would be great.
