Hi there,
I have a smegma buildup on the back end of the head of my penis glan, and I have been continously washing it with clean water but none of it seems to come off. My penis glan is overly sensitive and that has been a battle itself; I have exposed my glan for years now and it is still very sensitive. How do you recommend I should remove some of this smegma without disturbing the sensitivity of my penis glan. Also, what implications would arise from not removing some of this smegma now?
