Comment: If you practice retraction more often, it should become more comfortable with time. Gentle stretching MAY improve further retractability, but there is also a risk. I believe that my frenum was also on the short side of average and mine actually tore during rough sex at an early age. It didn't hurt a lot, and was sore only a few days, but it made greater retraction possible. The web like frenum doesn't seem to be as stretchy as other skin, so be carefully with trying to stretch it.
