Answer: I would love to have had your "problem" when I was about 12. My brother and cousin seemed to have foreskins tight enough to wear either retracted or not, as easily either way. I had to reaslly work to get mine to stay retracted. What you describe, I believe, is a case of MILD paraphimosis. As long as its not so tight that it chokes the penis or causes any problem, I'd call you the lucky one.
