tight foreskin

i can pull back the foreskin while in flacid state, not easily but i can do it..and its tight right after the glands...and i can only pull it slightly over the pee hole while erect...i was wondering whats the name of the steroid cream that i keep reading about is it 0.05% betamethasone or bethovate? and what is the 0.05%? also if you can provide with other creams will be greatly appriciated...also for anyone who is interested i found this http://www.glansie.com/usa/introduction.html helps you stretch.
