nausea and night erections

I was hoping someone could help me out.

I am 22 and was just had a circ yesterday. I'm in good physical condition. I know that nausea may occur after anesthesia so I'm hoping that'll go away soon although my vomit was a clear yellow fluid, which wasn't so nice. Naps were prescribed for this... anything else I can do?

Then my big question is that I get frequent nocturnal erections and it really affects my sleeping. I knew that there was going to be pain after reading all the posts on this subject. I'm suppose to get amyl nitrate pills for erection pain, but is there any advice out there to help ease or lessen the mr. happies?
