Hi Bill,

To help with the erections, you should make sure you have a pee just before going to bed. It's amazing but you can almost always get a few drops out if you try. Then set your alarm to wake you a couple times during the night and again have a pee even if you don't feel you have one coming.

This really helped me in the first few days with some of the erections, but they are inevitable for guys in good health and especially in the early hours of the morning.

The discomfort (I can't really say it was all that painful) will completely cease when you get the stitches out and I am a strong advocate of removing them yourself after about a week to 10 days. By that time they have done all the good they can and their continued presence is a hindrance to further healing. Around that time the first ones might even be popping out by themselves - they did in my case. Of course, you must seek your own counsel on this. Everyone is different. See how it's going and decide.
