A Gap

I was circd nearly three weeks ago and the glans is still very painful when rubbing up against my clothes making walking very hard to do! does anyone have any tips on how I can combat this. Also, underneath where the foreskin was vut away, a 'gap' has opened up (where the stitches were)and it looks awful. has anyone else experienced this? If so, how long does it take for this gap to close
