I'm not circumcised, but I do keep my skin rolled back most of the time. I have sunbathed like this often, and found it to be no great problem - even though my glans may be just a little more sensitive than a permanently exposed one! A little sunscreen on your glans may be a good idea. Circumcised mates have never found any problems, either. Just don't overdo the exposure!
