Some anti circ people will claim that lube is essential for the circed but this is not universally true. It has been my experience that it is not "necessary" but using it occassionally provides a different experience.
You may find that as you become better acquated with your now naked member that areas are accessible to responding better to methods or styles of masturbation that had less appeal when you had the entire foreskin. It is quite easy for the uncirced to use the movement of the foreskin back and forth over the coronal ridge for a high percentage of blow jobs.
Experiment at the coronal edges, and all the way around, and with the underside.
I think even with no surgery and a complete foreskin one can get some swelling from a prolonged wanking.
