Hi. I'm a 20 years old, and all my life I've had partial phimosis. I knew pretty early on this was not normal, but I accepted it and shrugged it off as "no big deal". I've never really seen a doctor about it, at age 9 or so my doctor noticed it while examening another problem, and told my father I might need surgery, but decided to wait and see. Now I'm 20 years old, and still a virgin, and in that context it's becoming a real problem for me, I've had one.. rather bad experience from a pathetic attempt at intercourse, and have decided to get something done about it.
While soft, I can retract the forskin completly, and wash the glans, but even when completly soft a ring can be seen, the ring is slightly more narrow then the shaft of the penis in limp condition. When somewhat engorged, I'm still able to pull the forskin back, but now with a little pain, and the spongue-like insides of the penis swell up like a balloon in front of the ring. This isn't painful allthough it probably looks quite grotesque to a nice girl I might meet, hehe. While fully erect, I cannot retract the forskin over the glans. Any attempt to do is futile, I can uncover about half of the glans while pulling back as hard as I can without causing pain. During masturbation in my early teens, I got a few rips in the forskin as a result of "careless handeling". These healed and scarred and tightened the ring just like described on the website. However I haven't had any problems with this at all for the last 5 or 6 years, I belive this is mainly because I know better how far I can push it. Masturbating causes some strain on the forskin though, so even if it doesn't hurt when I do it, I can't masturbate more then roughly once a day without getting a very sore forskin and sometimes small cuts. But like I said, I haven't had problems with this for several years as long as I don't masturbate more then once a day.
I belive I also have another problem, that isn't really described on your site as far as I could see. The little "string" of skin that connects the glans with the forskin seems to be too short. Whenever I pull my forskin back all the way while soft, it forces the glans to "bow down" and the string goes white from the strain. It's not painful though, and while limp the penis itself is soft and allows the head to succumb and bow downwards. However, since I have never been able to retract my forskin while erect, I don't really know how this would affect me, but my guess is it simply wouldn't have allowed me to retract my forskin fully even if my forskin had not been to tight in the first place.
I am unsure of my choices here, as I understand it it's either curcumsition, or plastic surgery skin stretching. I do not wish to get a curcumsition, and would prefer, if possible, to keep my forskin intact, in a more retractable modified version. Is this possible given my "complication" with the connecting string as I mentioned? What is that condition called? And how is it treated? How much does a typical plastic surgery skin strech cost? Have any of you had this operation performed? And are you pleased with the results?
If anyone would care to share their insight, knowlegde or experience on the matter, that would be greatly apprechiated.
Thank you.
