>Unfortunately, the need to masturbate and do it 'right' is not well understood or taught to youngsters. Our research indicates that those who masturbate by pulling the shaft skin back towards the body rarely have these problems whilst those who pull forward away from the body often do. And 'careful handling' is always essential to prevent damage whether you are doing it to yourself or with someoneelse: never do it 'roughly'. 'Small cuts' or little cracks in the foreskin can be easily treated by a light application of tee tree oil cream night and morning: this also helps to soften the skin and helps ease the problem. The skin tag is the frenulum. During heterosexual intercourse the penis, which we think of as fairly straight or wood-like, actually bends into the shape of a boomerang. The skin tag is the most sensitive part of the organ and friction on it is designed to release the seminal fluid. It is designed to pull the head slightly downwards so that the semen shoots off in exactly the right direction to the place where it is most likely to find something to mate with. So this is quiote normal. However, that pulling can cause discomfort in the case of masturbation or non-vaginal penetration. If it is a preblem (sometimes called 'frenulum breve') it can be severed, although we never advocate this lightly. So what you describe in this respect is non-unusual or automatically problematic. I suggest you read the advice on this page from PaulB about stretching and see what happens. But, whatever you do, start to use a little more tenderness and a little less roughness - at least for the time being.

I do not wish to get a curcumsition, and would prefer, if possible, to keep my forskin intact, in a more retractable modified version. Is this possible given my "complication" with the connecting string as I mentioned? What is that condition called? And how is it treated? How much does a typical plastic surgery skin strech cost? Have any of you had this operation performed? And are you pleased with the results?
