I had a partial circ which was bandaged for most of the first week so I can't comment on how the "wound" looks at this stage.
After surgery I was given anti-biotics to take as a precaution, were you given any? When my dressing came off, I was also prescribed some anti-biotic power to put over the "wound" to prevent infection. I'm not saying you have an infection but it's probably wise to go to the Doctors and check to be sure and maybe get some anti-biotics or the anti-biotic powder as a prevention.Thanks
