I don't know where you get your information on the right and wrong way to masturbate, but I am 20 and live in a country where virtually all boys' penises are covered with the sheath and to see one with a naked head is a curiosity and not normal. The idea that the sheath must be manipulated and the head of the penis is supposed to be exposed at every opportunity seems to be an invention of the English speaking world.

I grew up all my life playing with the same boys. We wnet to school together, camped together, peed together, swam naked together and masturbated together. I don't remember any boy who pulled back the sheath as part of masturbation, you moved the head back and forth inside the sheath to get those incredible feelings. Retracting the sheath is something only done when occasionally necessary to clean away the smegma that sometimes accumulates and then the sheath was withdrawn very slowly and gently after some manipulation to stretch it. Immediately after cleaning, the sheath was drawn forward and stretched as far out as possible several times to be sure it was back in its right place. It wasn't common to do this in front of other boys but on a longer camping trip it couldn't be avoided and seeing another boy cleaning the sheath, the rest of us appreciated that he had some distress at the moment and left him alone.

I am sure that I will be criticised for my comments according to other's standards, but the majority of boys in the world with a sheath, if it has been retracted for any reason, is to pull it forward, stretch it completely out, to make sure it is back in place covering the head where it feels right.
