Okay Ronny, you may be circ'ed & you may not be. Circumcisions vary: some guysguys are "cut high" so there's no smidgeon of foreskin left, & some are cut long & loose so some remaining foreskin is visible when flaccid but totally disappears when erect. A biological fact too is that the foreskin's overall length varies from one guy to another: in some it's naturally too short to cover the entire glans, and a circumcised appearance results. If you can find no scar, you may just have a short foreskin.
But a reasonable question is, why should you be concerned with whether you are or are not, as long as you have a healthy, functional penis? As H77 indicates in his posting on this site, whether you are circ'd or are not doesn't matter; the important thing is to enjoy what you've got [and share it with a lady, sooner or later, for her enjoyment]!
