Complete B.S. The glans head and the inner foreskin are both mucus membrane FACT. And prolonged exposure to iritants like dry air and clothing that results from a circ WILL desensitize this fragile skin FACT. Men are not so stupid that they can't figure out how to keep themselves clean, so the "cleaner" argument holds nothing. Some people however don't want to face some of these facts and allow themselves to be brainwashed and insist that there is nothing wrong. Understandable to want there to be nothing wrong rather than admit you may have been violated.
