Penile tears

I'll leave it to "jim22" here as I understand he's in America (or I assume so from his e-mail address) and I presume you are also (well, you imply you are circumcised for one). If so he would be in a better position to direct you to a particular sub-specialist in his field.

We will certainly have to believe you that you were doing nothing unwise; in which case you are simply particularly unlucky to have some major built-in weakness in your penis. I can only surmise that you have torn the upper tunic (covering) of your penis, damaged the nerves and created a leak that interferes with erection.

The only useful thing I can suggest is to find the appropriate specialist to discuss, examine it and perhaps offer a surgical exploration. When you find one that is highly recommended by most others in that field, then you know you have the right one. Other than that, I really have no advice.
