Just Circed..

I have had a BAD Phimosis for as long as I remember and I finally decided to take care of it... I honestly couldn't recall how many years it has been since my head saw the light of day so to speak... Circ was really the only way to go, and yes I did explore other routes.

So I got circed yesterday, I am really not in pain down there but my body, from my neck down to my lower back feels bagged... like I went a couple rounds with Mike Tyson... all the muscles are sore.. is that normal after a surgery?

They put me out for my circ and the procedure was quick, It was a day thing. Dressing it isnt the easiest thing in the world. It's an awkard thing to dress and the dressing doesn't seem to want to stay on that well but my doctor didn't seem too concern with it... said to do my best keep it clean and after 48 hours I didn't need to worry about a dressing any longer.

I am on anti-biotics, and my doc told me to use some polysporin around the stiching.

My main concern and question is I seem to notice after I go to the washroom that I have some bleeding around where the frenulum was... a cople drops here and there... and when I change my gauze again.. a few drops of blood.

I was told come tommorow to start taking luke warm baths with salt twice a day.. whats the deal with that? what does the salt do??
