Sorry I can't answer that in terms of the circ, I had a local for my partial circ. But I've had surgery before and been put "under", and felt a bit funky afterwards. However, if you still funky and worried about it - speak to a Doctor, who'll be able to put your mind at ease.

You'd think that putting a dressing on is easy, right? Well, I did. But I was wrong! What I found useful was to get that tape-stuff you use for dressings, but one that comes on a dispenser where you tear it off when you pull on it. That way you don't have to worry about cutting tape. Other than that the only thing that I did was to try and keep as much pubic hair out the way towards the base of the penis and put the tape there. I'd cut the odd pube or two if they got under the tape, so they would'nt pull.

I was on anti-biotics too, and when my dressing came off (the end of the first week) I was given an anti-biotic power to put over the wound.

Bloods normal. I was worried about that too, but it's nothing to worry about. Obviously, if you it were literally pouring blood out, get it checked by your Doctor.

I had to do the salt bath thing too. I'm told that it keeps the word clean.
