This is most unlikely with an adult circumcision unless there already was an adhesion to the glans. It occurs in infant or childhood circumcisions where the foreskin, being naturally attached to the glans, is forcibly stripped and leaves a raw area.
Pulling the foreskin back to inspect the wound, enough that you can see the space between the wound line and the glans, twice a day until it is fully healed, will be complete insurance in this regard.
