Yannis-
A rubber stopper is a piece of black rubber in the shape of tapered cylinder. I generally cut them in two so that they are not as long. You strech the opening of your forskin around the stopper so that the stopper is basically inside your foreskin, on top of the glans. Then I band-aid it secure. It doesn't hurt, as long as you work gradually. Sorry no pics.
