Thank you all for your cooperation and your answers but, and I feel very stupid about this, I have another question.
The truth is that, since my wife and I got divorced three years ago and she is the one who usualy takes Francisco to the doctor, I'm not sure if he diagnosed Phismosis. At least I don't remember that word. He spoke in simple terms.
I learned the word from my uncle, who had (or has) Phismosis, and had his penis operated. He wasn´t strictly circumsiced but, instead, the doctor made a lateral cut in his foreskin. That of course was what I understood. I was not going to ask him to show me how it looks like now.
Sorry if I'm drifting.
The thing is that you talk about "the opening" and don't think that's the problem with Francisco. His foreskin appears to be attached or "glued" to his glans. You can see two different skins fixed at half the galns. So... is that phismosis too?
