>Without seeing it, is's hard to say, but you may be describing a natural "line" which more of less divides the left from the right. It runs across the scrotum and up the penis, ending at the frenulum. It could be of a different shade of color from the shaft of the penis. In some guys, it may even be slightly crooked. This particular line would not hamper retraction.

could it be just that part of my frenulum has hardened, becuase I didnt retract it fully untill i was about 15?

I dont think it's a short frenulum, because i suffer no pain when i hold it back myslef, but i can see the white band connected to my frenulum is tort, and when i release it, it pulls the foreskin to just beneathe my glans.
