A stopper with a hole through the middle? It sounds much like the rubber stoppers used with test tubes, with a hole through the middle to allow a glass "straw" to enter the stoppered test tube.Maybe a chemistry or school supply store will have various sized, pre-holed stoppers ready to go? Although the holed test tube stoppers I have seen had holes that may have been too narrow for urinating through.
