Given up hope, can someone help me?

Recently i found out the hard way that my foreskin was in fact supposed to retract, this is ridiculous but yes at the age of 18 that is how hidden the subject is from public eyes :\ i saw a specialist who told me stretching would fix it easily ect, after 6 months and stretching occasionaly(plus trying to with masturbbation) but still seeing not the slightest improvement i have given up and want to get a partial circumcision , i just want to ask someone who has gotten it done and is in my boat, doesnt have the routine or time to spend 30 minutes carefully stretching and retracting their foreskin every night these questions..

a) do you regret it?
b) do you fine that it gets in the way of sex, or make its more pleasurable..
c) If you had the chance would you go back and spend that 30 minutes every night stretching instead of getting it cut..
