The truth of the matter is that you don't have to spend 30 minutes a day stretching if you'll use a device to wedge the skin open. Depending upon the present size of the foreskin opening, you may have to use the cap from a common ballpoint pen or marking pen. Simply insert it and tape the skin to the part which sticks out. The tension on the skin will cause it to stretch. You will see some results in as little as two weeks. You may have to spend a up to six months to get the job done, but it will save all of the sensitive nerves that you presently have. Cutting off even part of the skin will cost you some sensitivity that you'll need as you age.
