15 year old with a short frenulum

i know im young, but i do plan on having sexual intercourse soon. However, i have noticed that i have a short frenulum. being only 15, i dont know what to do. im afraid of it ripping during my first sexual experience. how would i go about seeing a doctor without telling my parents? how much money would it cost if i had to have an incision done?
