I think I am tight

I am just 14 years old last month. My skin come all the way back but not if I"m real hard. Its not sore but I think to tight. Even my little bru whos 12 seem to has more fun wanking than me. WHat shud I do? Do you guys think I can speak with my dad and he wont be mad becuase i need to tell him how Mikey jacks much easier than me & then I have told him I do it so Im embarassed even to think about it. What if I get a stiffy and dad is looking at it?
