You seem to be hung up over this "Talk to your parents" bit. Why? Did you talk to your parents? You have stated numerous times that you took action at age 25, well after the teen years.

I know I wouldn't have talked to my parents about something so personal unless I had blood pouring out or blisters all over. What makes you think that all of these kids need to consult their parents? Were you a mama's boy?
