That would depend upon whether you are an "Innie" or an "Outie". Actually, it is quite similar, and you'll see Dr Paul refer to the similarity occasionally. We have oily secretions in other areas of our bodies also. The main noticeable difference in smegma is that the shed skin cells combine with it to make it more noticeable. If you have oily skin, scrape a nail across the crease on your nostril and expel some of the stuff from the pores there. Notice anything?
