Condoms and sex unretracted

My girlfreind had high blood pressure from the pill it turns out so its back to condoms for now until we can work something else out, something a bit disturbing i noticed is that even tho it obviously is a lot easier in that i dont need to worry about pain, what frequently happens is my foreskin gets pushed up into the nib of the condom no matter how much i try for it not to be , (even when fully hard) it just seems to happen from the motion, When this happens obviously the sex is extremely displeasurable and well my star player gets a bit bored and decides to take a breather , has anyone else noticed this happen to them? it used to happen to me and then i got a bit of a complex from it which of course made it worse i got over it, then my gf went on the pill and it never happened again!.. hmm
