H E L P !!!! EMERGENCY!!

help me guys!! after 2-3 weeks of stretching, and using various stretching devices, my foreskin has JUST retracted (when flaccid) . after the initial shock, relief etc emerged the PANIC!! it wouldn't un-retrack!! i tried to relax - because in the meantime my penis had become hard, and started slowly to stretch the skin under the penis head, until it covered the penis head back. all this happened just 5 min ago. BUT, the end of my foreskin was kinda swallowed to the inside, and kinda glued to the glans, so that i cannot reach it.i'm afraid that in order for it to be back as before i'm gonna have to retrack the foreskin again,and i sure as hell am afraid to do so (paraphimosis etc..)
any ideas??
please, i 'm desperate, i'm keeping my foreskin shut with my fingers right now so that it doesn't get retracted
