Well, we've established for starters that you do, indeed, masturbate. My point is simple - despite what some may imagine, there is little mechanical difference between masturbation, and intercourse (or, let us mention, oral sex). So, if you do in your current condition have intercourse, there is little reason to expect that you will have difficulty.

This puts you in exactly the same situation as those who are circumcised, except that it is substantially more difficult for them to the extent that they lack the mobile skin that you have. In fact, there are as you say, a substantial number of boys/ men with foreskins either tight or mobile, who do exactly this by preference.

Of course, if you experience discomfort when you do pull the foreskin back, you obviously will tend to avoid this as part of the "stroke", but . . .

we may however assume that if you can dilate (open out) your foreskin so it retracts with comfort, you are very likely to find the part of the stroke wherein it passes over the head, particularly pleasurable.

Thought experiment - you become shocked when you find that the girl doesn't like having her nipples pinched firmly, despite all the porn manuals that advise this.

Like masturbation is? I don't know whether all your fornicating friends realise, but intercourse is all about lubrication. You need either to get the girl so interested in you that she has wet her undies with slippery stuff (or presumably, your hand instead, given that it is inside said undies), or you simply buy some "personal lubricant" where you buy your condoms, and work out how to get that inside her instead.

Point is, adequate lubrication means that your penis slips in with or without the foreskin over the glans. And the condom tends to prevent the foreskin being pulled back anyway (though some report problems with this - you may have to try different sizes).

"Bottle tops" is a rather loose translation, but that might be a possibility. As Jim explains, whatever will be large enough to provide a snug stretch of whatever your foreskin opens to at any give time - you will need to pick successively larger dilators as you achieve the stretching - and which is practical to hold in place, clean and does not chafe your penis in any way.

What was suggested was rubber bungs ("corks", stoppers), but pill bottles or parts carefully cut from them or plastic hose, are other alternatives - you just need to figure out how to round off any edges. The ultimate ready-made object that would appear to be eminently suitable for this is a 35 mm film canister but of course you will probably need smaller objects to start, and something larger to achieve enough stretch for easy retraction at full erection.

Those that are hollow, or can be made hollow, allow you to wear it all day and pee without removing it.
