Somewhat quicker than when it is not used, I would suggest. Which is variable.

I will say nothing different to my previous advice. You are already using the full strength preparation, the results you get are limited not by the amount you apply, but by the stretching process. I hope you took note of my advice on how to apply it only to the part of the foreskin that is tight.

In fact, you may do just as well to apply it week-on, week-off, as long as you keep stretching no matter what.

I gather you are just stretching using your fingers. You describe the ability to stretch the skin to about an inch. Presuming you have not already done so, I think this would be a good stage to try the wearing of a 35 mm plastic film canister inside the foreskin during the daytime as this would speed the process immensely.

The clever bit is that these are available at essentially no cost (just go see a film lab and ask for a dozen - they know people love using them to store screws and other small parts, particularly the translucent ones, but the black ones are perfect for what you need), are made of inert plastic (otherwise they would contaminate the film), are lightweight, the right size and the end on which the lid pops, is very smooth and flares outward so it will not cut into the skin.

The bottom end may be cut out with a craft knife so that it does not get too wet inside and you can pee without removing it. If it does not stay under the foreskin all by itself (as the flare on the top end will tend to keep it in place), a small piece of medical tape will hold it there.

Please do try this and describe your results.

The fellow who posted a thread just before you is having problems with fissuring from stretching - I suspect the Betnovate may be the reason you have not noticed any such effect (or have you?).
