>>I gather you are just stretching using your fingers. You describe the ability to stretch the skin to about an inch. Presuming you have not already done so, I think this would be a good stage to try the wearing of a 35 mm plastic film canister inside the foreskin during the daytime as this would speed the process immensely.
>>The clever bit is that these are available at essentially no cost (just go see a film lab and ask for a dozen - they know people love using them to store screws and other small parts, particularly the translucent ones, but the black ones are perfect for what you need), are made of inert plastic (otherwise they would contaminate the film), are lightweight, the right size and the end on which the lid pops, is very smooth and flares outward so it will not cut into the skin.
>>The bottom end may be cut out with a craft knife so that it does not get too wet inside and you can pee without removing it. If it does not stay under the foreskin all by itself (as the flare on the top end will tend to keep it in place), a small piece of medical tape will hold it there.
>>Please do try this and describe your results.

>The film canisters I have seen are all too wide to fit under the foreskin. the maximum diameter of the foreskin rightnow is about an inch max, while the diamter of the canister I have is about twice that. do they come in different sizes? the diameter of the the ones I have seen is way wider than the diameter of the opening on the foreskin. Please advise if the canisters are available in smaller sizes. I do occasionally wear a bottle cap inside the foreskin, which measures maybe just under an inch in diameter, but have to remove each time I take a shower or Pee.

>>The fellow who posted a thread just before you is having problems with fissuring from stretching - I suspect the Betnovate may be the reason you have not noticed any such effect (or have you?).
>Whats fissuring? You need a canister from 35mm film. It should be approximately an inch in diameter. If you find it's too large, try a plastic bottle from the pharmacy, you know, the ones they use for filling prescriptions. The film cannister is much better in construction however, without sharp edges and of a better material.
A fissure is a tear in the tissue. They can occur in many areas of the body, often in the rectum. Fissures are also seen in the land after earthquakes, if you need a more graphic explanaiton.
