Stretching is a medically proven procedure with statisical evidence. It didn't work for you only because you didn't make it work. Quitting before a job is finished is called failure.
This man is not complaining about pain, is he? He is simply concerned about a cosmetic situation that is not necessary to address. Why are you jumping to the conclusion that he wants to radically alter his anatomy? That wasn't even a question in his inquiry.
