How much skin do you have left ? (how much of head covered when soft)

Does your glans spend any amount of time fully exposed during the day or night ?
(eg: when you wake up, is you head mostly exposed ?)

Are you able to leave your remaining foreskin retracted in underwear ?
If you do this, you may find that the redness will go away.

Can you describe the redness ? Is it just at the scar, or is it the whole inner foreskin ?

If it is the inner foreskin, and you still have much skin left, then it is
probably due to the fact that your inner foreskin has never been "weatherized".

If you leave your remaining foreskin retracted now and then, or sleep naked to allow erections
to cause glans to become exposed, your inner foreskin will reduce its redness and become more pinkish.

As far as masturbation is concerned, it is very hard to say what your manhood feels like and why you're not happy.
Are you complaining about the mechanics of the foreskin, or the sensitivity of glans?
