I've read many accounts from people that have stated that when able to, the results were not permenant. For some though the results were permenant. Perhaps it would best to speak to your GP and ask him to refer you to a specialist who will be able to advise as to the correct results you can expect. Also, he could discuss what other options there are which do not involve circumcision - partial-circ, dorsal slit, etc, which may have relieve the problem if you don't get anywhere with stretching.

You will be told contary information from non-qualified people on this board at some stage. They will recommend that it works everytime. If that is the case then you really should expect to get the same response a qualified individual - which you won't find here.
