>Hi, first of all i;d like to say to everyone that contributes to this site, a big THANKYOU!I'm a student at uni and after having my first encounter i was left thinking by what she said!
>My problem spans ever since i can remember. As a child i had tight foreskin whilst flaccid, however, this soon disapperared and now i'm left with tight sking when i have an erection. I can only pull back the foreskin partially, about half way, to reveal the head of the penis ever so slightly. Is this still Phimosis or just normal it still feels tight!
>I haven't been to see my GP and i'm to afraid to have a circumcision. What are my options? I have heard about Bethamethasone Creams, does this leave permanent results or just temporary? Also can any GP prescribe this cream! Please can anyone help.

The betamethasone cream is formulated to assist in stretching which you do. It is not a panacea for all tightness. You have to provide some help. The question is: Are you willing to do what is necessary to solve your situation?

Stretching the skin to provide more body cells is the same process used by all of the skin on your body. As you grew, new cells were added to take up the space between the old ones. When you start stretching your foreskin, you will be creating little spaces between the existing skin cells. Over time, with continued tension on the skin, the voids will be filled with new permanent skin cells. Is that making any sense so far? In other words, you have already used the principles of stretching and they have worked thus far, or you would have burst! Make sense?

In order to be successful at stretching, you must first of all want the results and be willing to do the job. Then you do it until the results are attained. Continuation of the procedure must be continued well after achieving the desired results in order to give the new skin cells time to build. That could take several weeks. Otherwise, the skin, because of its elasticity, will shrink back to its original size. Make sense?

Now, the procedure. You need to start skinning back more often when erect. Pull the skin back as far as you can to the point of discomfort, but not pain. You can also pull the skin apart with a finger and thumb of each hand, pulling on each side simultaneously. This is best done at least a couple of times daily and for several minutes each time. Doing it in the shower will provide best results because the skin is warm. Don't cause any pain. Trying to rush the results usually causes small surface breaks in the skin which will just set you back a couple of days each time, so be patient. You already have a great headstart with mobility when flaccid, so the rest of the job should be fairly easy if you take your time.

If you wish to use the cream, you must have a prescription from a physician. It isn't necessary to have the cream if you are willing to follow directions and if you are willing to finish the job.

BTW, the stretching process has been used very successfully by several young men who have reported their success on this very forum. It is also used by the unfortunate who have lost their foreskins at birth. They use the same principles of stretching to cause the skin to lengthen and thereby again cover the glans, thus looking like the original model with which they were born. It is estimated that those who are restoring or have restored number more than 20,000 guys, so you need not worry that you won't have success. Your body has been designed with an intelligence of its own. There are certain rules of nature that apply, and anyone with common sense can use those rules of nature to find success with the stretching procedures outlined. Are you willing to follow the rules? If so, you can do it.
