Should the Whole Penis be revealed during intercourse?

I'm sorry if this question sounds silly and unrealistic but like many other on this forum i have problems retracting when erect but not when flaccid is that a phimotic condition? Also, should the foreskin be fully retracted in order to have normal sex, i mean do normal uncircumcised men retract before entering the vagina? and Finally what exactly is a dorsal slit and what does it entail?
